Not sure you need an engineer? Ask one.
Two short steps. A licensed engineer replies within one business day with a recommendation — and a flat fee if a visit makes sense.
- No charge to ask
- Written proposal before any billable work
- New York, New Jersey & Connecticut
Our standard site visits are visual in nature and limited to readily accessible and visible conditions at the time of review. Concealed conditions, covered framing, underground elements, and inaccessible areas are excluded unless specifically included in the scope. Written reports, letters, calculations, and signed/sealed drawings are separate services unless expressly stated in the proposal.
Tell us what's going on, and we'll tell you whether you need an engineer.
Send photos, an address, and a sentence or two. Many submissions get answered same-day with a recommendation on whether a visit is warranted.
