- Medical and dental — X-ray, CT, MRI, dental chairs, sterilizers.
- Mechanical — rooftop units, generators, transformers, condensers.
- Tenant fit-out — high-density storage, archive shelving, gym and laboratory equipment.
Typical deliverable
- A signed and sealed load capacity letter confirming the existing structure can support the proposed equipment, with conditions if reinforcement is required.
- Where reinforcement is required, we produce stamped detail drawings as a follow-on scope.
Vibration & isolation
- For sensitive equipment or sensitive neighbors, we provide qualitative vibration and isolation opinions. Quantitative measurement campaigns are coordinated with specialist consultants and quoted separately.
Our standard site visits are visual in nature and limited to readily accessible and visible conditions at the time of review. Concealed conditions, covered framing, underground elements, and inaccessible areas are excluded unless specifically included in the scope. Written reports, letters, calculations, and signed/sealed drawings are separate services unless expressly stated in the proposal.
