Drawing types we produce
- Structural repair drawings — spalling repair, beam reinforcement, framing replacement, foundation patches.
- Apartment alteration drawings — wall removals, new openings, flex-wall installations.
- Detail sheets for contractors — bolt patterns, hanger details, connection sketches.
- Reinforcement drawings for equipment installations.
Coordination
- When an architect of record is involved, we coordinate our drawing set with theirs and to the same milestone schedule.
- When Trinity is the lead, we issue the structural set directly to your contractor and remain available for RFIs.
Stamp & calculations
- All drawings are signed and sealed by a PE licensed in the project's state.
- Supporting calculations are included when required by code or by the reviewing agency.
Our standard site visits are visual in nature and limited to readily accessible and visible conditions at the time of review. Concealed conditions, covered framing, underground elements, and inaccessible areas are excluded unless specifically included in the scope. Written reports, letters, calculations, and signed/sealed drawings are separate services unless expressly stated in the proposal.
