Trinity Engineering is a Professional Engineering firm licensed in New York and New Jersey, serving clients across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. We focus on structural site visits, opinion letters, and signed and sealed drawings for owners, contractors and managing agents across the region.
How we work
Most engagements start with a one- to two-hour visual site visit. We give verbal recommendations on site, then a written proposal if further work is warranted.
Letters, calculations, and stamped drawings are separate scope — quoted and accepted in writing before we begin. The standard payment schedule is 50% on approval, 50% on completion.
What we don't do
We are structural engineers. We don't act as architect of record. We don't perform destructive testing or open finishes as part of standard visits. We don't make findings about conditions we cannot see.
When projects need work outside our scope, we point you to architects, expediters, and testing labs we trust.

Unless otherwise stated in your proposal, 50% is due upon approval and before work begins, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion and before delivery of final signed/sealed drawings, reports or letters.
